The game
Halloway: The Call is provided for personal entertainment. The puzzles, text, artwork, and code are the property of No Evil Star LLC; please do not copy, resell, reverse the service, or publish the puzzle answers as a spoiler set.
Purchases
Hunts are one-time purchases and cheat keys are consumables. Cheat keys can reveal a station's one word; a revealed station stays told for that account without spending another key. Web purchases are processed by Stripe; App Store and Google Play purchases are processed by Apple and Google under their terms, and refunds for those purchases are handled by those stores. Purchases attach to your account or, where the app permits anonymous play, to the device that made them. They are not transferable.
Accounts
An account exists to carry your purchases and progress across devices. You are responsible for the accuracy of your email address and the safety of your password. You may delete your account from the ledger after signing in; deletion is permanent and removes the server-side purchases, synced progress, cheat-key balance, and key reveals tied to it. Device-local progress remains on that device until you clear the browser or app data there.
Fair play
Please do not attack, overload, or reverse the service, resell access, or publish the puzzle answers as a spoiler set. The game's words are its heart; let other players earn them.
The fine print
The game is provided as-is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. No Evil Star LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the content in question. These terms may be updated; material changes will be dated here.
